What Makes This Challenge Different?
This is not another “go hard or go home” program. The Red, White & NEW You Challenge is designed for real people with real schedules, real responsibilities, and real goals. Between June 1 through June 30th, you’ll get access to:
✅ Two energizing workouts a week:
Sundays on the beach: Yoga + bootcamp-style circuits
Wednesdays in the gym: Full-body strength circuits (all bodyweight!)
✅ The “Freedom 4” Daily Checklist to create habits that stick:
Red: “Spark It” Circuit – 15-min daily workout sent to you
White: “Clear Your Mind” Walk – 20–30 minute mental break outside
Blue: “Fuel Your Fire” Nutrition Habit – Pick one habit each week (veggies, protein, sugar, snacking)
