  • Jake

    FOUNDER + TRAINER

    Jake graduated from the University of Southern California with his Kinesiology degree. During his time as a football athlete at USC, his passion for fitness sports performance, recovery, programming, and nutrition exploded. With over 11 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jake has worked with a vast clientele ranging from youth athletes, sedentary weight loss, and people aged over 65. Jake prides himself on making health and wellness fun and a part of your life. He believes you should enjoy working out while celebrating what your body can do. Jake has a wholistic approach, focusing on goal setting and components such as step tracking, sleep, and dietary analysis. Let’s tackle your fitness goals by investing in yourself today!

  • Marla

    FOUNDER + TRAINER

    Marla has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and has an array of certifications. She has experience working in both private and corporate gyms promoting health, fitness, and focusing on longevity versus quick fixes. Marla is a former marathon runner who also competed in bodybuilding, and has coached many others through the process. Marla loves coaching women in fitness and nutrition, helping them get strong, become confident, and reach their goals before, after and during childbearing years. She is devoted to helping others achieve health, happiness and longevity through movement and nutrition.

  • Ashley

    TRAINER

    Ashley has been a part of the fitness industry for over a year. She has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a background in health and human performance.  She previously worked in a physical therapy office and learned from experienced physical therapists about the importance of physical recovery, stretching, and functional movements.  Ashley focuses on helping athletes recover from injuries through cupping, scraping, and other modalities to help them regain strength and move freely without pain. She has a passion to help her clients reach their fitness goals through personal training and group training, and provides custom fitness plans based on her clients goals.

  • Aaron

    TRAINER

    Aaron is a long time fitness enthusiast and gym junkie. After a short college football career at Orange Coast College, Aaron went on to receive his first certification with the National Exercise and Sports Training Association (NESTA). Aaron realized his true passion for fitness and health as it pertains to a positive quality of life, and that led him to obtaining his second certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He enjoys many recreational activities including; basketball, football, hiking, snowboarding, annd camping. He specializes in working with professional and collegiate athletes, and brings consistent energy and positivity to all of his sessions!

  • Alex

    TRAINER

    Alex graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona in 2019. Ever since, he has spent his time coaching diverse populations in both sports and fitness. Alex is certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, and is working on becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He strives to help people get ready for the moments that matter most - in work, sport, or everyday life. He believes that everyone has the potential to upgrade their life, and meets his clients where they’re at in their unique journey in order to enable and empower change. Whether you need help with training, nutrition, recovery, or anything in between, Alex is ready to help you build the momentum you need to take the next step.
